* Old Street Tavern does not accept large all male groups.
* Dress code is smart casual – however no sportswear or themed costumes e.g. birthday or stag do / hen party sashes are permitted.
* The venue does not allow the use or supply of decorative items of any sorts such as balloons, streamers, candles, confetti, celebratory accessories including hen party sashes or any items of offensive nature.
* Certificates must be printed out to be redeemed.
* The prepaid certificates are invalid for late arrivals without prior notification to Sintillate.
* Not valid with other promotions and discounts.
* All prepaid tickets and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Guests may apply to reschedule their booking within an 8 week period; giving no less than 72 hours notice prior to their event date, for a surcharge of £5 per person.
* The company reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
* The package price and content are all correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change without prior notification.
* All prepaid tickets, packages and deposits (including administration fees) are non-refundable.
* Savings are correct at the time of writing but are subject to change.
* Sintillate and the venue management reserves the right to refuse admission
* We encourage responsible drinking and as such, retain the right to refuse further alcohol to guests that appear to be intoxicated and who may be causing issues.
* Please be aware that food or drinks served at our brunches may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While the venues we work with will take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond their reasonable control may alter the formulations of the produce they serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without their knowledge.
* The following terms and conditions are in addition to the sintillate.com terms and conditions and privacy policy (collectively, “sintillate.com policies”) govern the purchase of any promotional certificate from the sintillate.com site (hereinafter “Certificates”).
* Old Street Tavern operates a challenge 25 policy to enter and guests may be required to present identification on entry (a valid passport or an in date photo card driving licence, including provisional driving licences are acceptable).
* We take photographs (and videos) at all of our events. By attending this event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing materials.
* By completing this booking, the Lead Booker confirms they have made all members of their party aware of these Terms and Conditions. The Lead Booker accepts responsibility for ensuring all guests are informed that professional photography and filming will take place at the event for marketing purposes.
