If you're not sure what to do for New Year's Eve then head to The Three Sisters, as they've got all sorts going on. Their Around The World Hogmanay kicks off at 9am, celebrating the moment it turns midnight in different countries. Think Australian-style barbecue from 10am, DJs in the courtyard all day and a hog roast in the afternoon.

If you want to come along to their evening party from 8pm, complete with live music and confetti cannons, then it will set you back £35 per person. There'll also be karaoke from 9pm until midnight, and the doors are open until 5am.

Looking for a swish spot to celebrate the 31st of December? With sites on George Street and St James Quarter, The Alchemist is hosting dining and drinks, where you'll be treated to a fantastic selection of delicious eats accompanied by a curious collection of creative cocktails that are sure to dazzle and amaze.

Alongside your colourful, bubbling concoctions, there's an international menu to get stuck into. Expect everything from lobster mac 'n' cheese to coconut tofu curry and rib eye steak with fries, followed by a miso caramel chocolate brownie.
